FAQ

How should I store these meals and what’s the shelf life?
No need to refrigerate or freeze. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Meals stay fresh for months thanks to freeze-drying. Best-before date is printed on the pack.
All meals are freshly cooked in India using traditional recipes, then freeze-dried in certified facilities following strict food safety and hygiene standards.
We follow FSSAI and FDA-compliant safety protocols.
No, we don’t use any preservatives in our meals. Instead, we rely on freeze-drying, a modern preservation method that removes moisture without using heat. This gentle process keeps the food naturally shelf-stable while protecting the real flavours, nutrients, and textures — as if it were freshly made. It’s the same technology used in mountain expedition meals, where people rely on real, nourishing food that can travel light and stay fresh — even without a fridge. Because our meals are already cooked and then freeze-dried, there's no need for additives, artificial ingredients, or shelf-life extenders. What you get is real, honest food that’s just as comforting as a home-cooked meal — only faster and easier.
Freeze-dried foods are meals or ingredients that have had all moisture removed using a process called lyophilization. This method preserves the food without using heat, so flavours and nutrients stay intact. Our meals are cooked, frozen, and placed in a vacuum chamber. The frozen water turns directly into vapour (a process called sublimation), and any remaining moisture is removed in a final gentle drying stage. The result: real food, shelf-stable, and full of original taste and texture.

I recently tried a ready-to-eat kheer dessert and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic and delicious it tasted. The texture was creamy and smooth, with perfectly cooked rice that held its shape without being mushy. The balance of sweetness was just right—not overpowering, but enough to satisfy any dessert craving.
